DSG presented by video in ICMA XXI
On 12 March 2020, Deputy Secretary General of CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center Brad Wang presented his paper, which was selected by the Topics & Agenda Committee, by video in the 21st International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators, on the topic of interim measures provided by Chinese mainland and Hong Kong courts to support offshore arbitration, in light of the recent Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings by the Courts of the Mainland and of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Wang also introduced to the audience the latest development of CIETAC and CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center, and their commitment and action in the battle against the Covid-19.
